First add a tablespoon of olive oil into a saucer at medium heat.
Meanwhile, you should unthaw the meat with warm water. Add the meat to the pan and brown.
While the meat is cooking, cut up a half of an onion and half of a green pepper.
Get a cup of rice ready to cook. This is done by boiling water then adding the rice while it is off the burner. After 5 minutes the rice is ready.
Add pepper and salt to the meat to add flavor.
Once the meat is brown, drain the grease.
Add the vegetables to sauté.
Open up chicken broth, beef broth, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Italian herb run and parsley will now be added to the meat and veggie mixture.
Let the flavor set in.
Get a large pot and add the meat, broths and tomatoes together and let it simmer on low heat.
Add Parmesan cheese to make it taste great and enjoy!
