Round up your ingredients. If you aren't a garlic fanatic like myself, use 1-2 garlic cloves.

Cut the avocado in half, then peel off the skins.

Make sure to cut off this tough piece where the stem was. I hate finding this little piece amidst the creaminess!

Dice I to smaller pieces, and cut your lime in half for squeezing.

Add a pinch of sea salt...

And toss all ingredients into a food processor or blender.

I'm using a mini food processor, so I had to stop to scrape down the sides to ensure it for nice and smooth. Add in the lime juice to help smooth it all out.

Blend until it gets nice, creamy, and looks like this.

Taste for salt and add in some ground black pepper.

Put in a container with a tight fitting lid and store in the fridge over night to allow the garlicky goodness marinate. The lime juice & salt act as preservatives so don't worry about it browning.

The next day, rub the eyeball goop out of your face, make some tea, and enjoy for brekkie over toast, bagels, eggs, or whatever else you come up with. 😋 Eat within three to five days.
